'Su Casa' is a restaurant managed by the Red Cross of Nîmes, France. For the whole team of the restaurant, contributing to food aid also means working for the dignity of the people who receive it. Pauline, Alex and Cyril are in charge of preparing the dishes every day for the 70 or so people who come every day. It is often a challenge to prepare good and tasty dishes from the raw food collected through the Food Bank. The proposal, after spending a few days getting to know the team and the people who go there, was to paint a bonfire, the fire that cooks the food, the fire around which we gather to eat, to share... the fire around which homes are built.
